Method
Cook the chopped onions in vegetable oil until golden brown, along with paste made from ginger, garlic, green chillis, cardamom, bay leaves, peppers, cinnamon and cloves. Add yoghurt, tomato paste, and minced beef. Add coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala and salt (to taste). Cook until meat is brown. Add green peas, cubes of boiled potatoes and chopped coriander. Serve hot with rice or bread, garnished with coriander. |
