  • 600gm lean minced beef
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 medium chopped tomato
  • 100gm green peas
  • 100gm potato
  • 3 tablespoons yoghurt
  • 1 tbls coriander powder
  • 1 tbls cumin powder
  • 1 tbls garam masala
  • 50ml vegetable oil
  • 10gm ginger
  • 10 cloves garlic
  • 2 green chillis
  • 2 tbls tomato paste
  • fresh coriander
  • 4 green and 3 black cardamom
  • 4 bay leaves and 8 cloves
  • 10 whole black peppers
  • 1 quill cinnamon
Method hyderbadikeema Cook the chopped onions in vegetable oil until golden brown, along with paste made from ginger, garlic, green chillis, cardamom, bay leaves, peppers, cinnamon and cloves. Add yoghurt, tomato paste, and minced beef. Add coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala and salt (to taste). Cook until meat is brown. Add green peas, cubes of boiled potatoes and chopped coriander. Serve hot with rice or bread, garnished with coriander.
